Cannot customise Preference toolbar
 

control-clicking the Preference window's toolbar does not display a contextual menu. the buttons cannot be customised other than re-ordering and dragging off the toolbar.

Normally a context menu isn't offered for the Preference toolbar (I think you'll find this in other applications). We added the ability to customize the toolbar a bit since we have more than the normal number of preference panes.
