Master Project List

I was wondering if there is (or someday will be) a way get a master list of all projects, perhaps as an export, or even some kind of printable view.

It would be very helpful to have this simple master projects list for quick scanning and especially in GTD review. Thank you!

Try this:

Switch to projects mode.

Click on Library.

Set first View Bar selector to "All Projects". Set second one to "Ungrouped".

Select any of your tasks or projects in the right (main) pane.

Hit Cmd-A to select everything in that pane.

Hit Cmd-Opt-0 [that's a zero] to collapse everything in that pane. (You may optionally hit Cmd-' to reveal/hide comments on your projects.)

From there you can print (though OF's print support is still in-progress), or export to OmniOutliner if you have it (using Curt Clifton's script elsewhere on this forum), or even Cmd-C to copy and then paste into a text editor for a simple text list of the projects.

Hope that helps.

This applescript simply creates a text file listing the folders and projects in the current Omnifocus document.
