question on row numbering
 

I have an outline that doesn't have row numbering, but when I click on the rows in the styles palette, it says the rows do have numbering. I don't recall what the template was that I used, but why isn't the format of the rows following the styles palette, and how would I switch between numbered and non-numbered?
