'Flagged' showing blocked tasks?

my 'Flagged' list is showing tasks that are blocked. Is there a way to prevent this?

Not at this time, but we're aware that people want this. The priority was on the more-inclusive behavior because other people want to be sure they see flagged stuff even if it's blocked, and filtering out the blocked actions would make this feature useless to them. (Note, however, that the Flagged list does not include actions which have a future start date specified.)
