Open New Tab Icon option on Menu Bar

Subject line says it all -- an Open New Tab Icon option on menu bar, just like Firefox and Safari have.

I'm sure I've (at least) requested this before.

There are a number of little things like this, that you'd have thought a sophisticated browser like OW should have as a given.
