Utilities sidebar flying all over the screen

I have not closed OO 3.9.5 for a few days and worked with several files.

From time to time Utilities sidebar of individual files was flying all over my screen in unpredictable positions (misplaced), sometimes behind the file window. After I double clicked Utilities button the sidebar got back.

Snow Leopard 10.6.4 + all updates.
