Adding a new item above
 

I find that more often you would think, I want to add a new item above the current one. While most of the time this is not an issue (just move the cursor up and hit enter), it is an issue when the item you want to above above from is the top most element. The only thing you can do is to add the item below and then drag it to where you want it.

It would be awesome if there were a keyboard shortcut to enter the line above. Something like ⌘return would be great.
