OG 5 Stop the moving!

There seems to be a new thing in OG 5 that moves the shapes around as I connect them together. I would really like this to stop. I can't keep things that straight.

What is this "feature" and how do I turn it off?

It's automatic layout, and you can disable it in the Diagram Layout Inspector.
