Inspector: Project: "This is a list of single actions"

How does activating this "singleton" checkbox for a project change its behavior differently/more than setting it to be a "Sequential" project? (besides making the tasks blue and turning the icon into a bucket, that is)

All the actions show up when you filter for next actions instead of just the top one.
