Stretching and snapping to object edge
 

I'm stretching a rectangle's side, expecting it to snap to the adjacent rectangle's edge. When I [B]drag[/B] the rectangle it snaps with no issue. But when [B]stretching[/B], it fails to recognize edge snap points. It DOES recognize smart snap points but not edges. I've included an image of what I'm referring to. Does anybody know of a way to snap to edges?
