I also get the wrong date when syncing OF to iCal - dates in iCal are a day early. After syncing a second time I get a sync conflict between the two items with different dates.

(Could this be an international issue - I'm in Australia)

The problem doesn't come up when syncing iCal to OF.

fixed my problem in leopard

followed the suggestion and it took care of my sync issues in leopard. now if only the iPhone had To-Dos....
