wootar! I <3 this SP4 fix

Changes to form POST handling.
When reloading a page that was generated by submitting data to the server by the POST method, a sheet will appear warning you that the reload will require resending that data.
When loading a workspace that contains these pages an error page will appear in place of the POST results.
