Trouble With Graphics Exporting Correctly When then Imported to Visio
Hi all,
I've got Graffle Pro v5. It does a great job importing the Visio files (though it handles them quite differently than Visio 2003 or 2007 does). Alas, if I modify or create a wire frame in Graffle, when I export it as a vxd the graphics (images I'm using for head shots or ad spaces, etc) are "all blowed up" as it were. Anytime I look at the file in Visio, the graphics show the shape with an X through it. Am I missing a simple trick to keep this from happening? Best regards, Phillip |
Sounds like it might be an issue with certain image formats not going a full round trip between Visio and OmniGraffle.
If you can send in a sample document to omnigraffle@omnigroup.com, it would be greatly appreciated. |
I'm seeing the same thing with Cisco stencils (generic icons). They open fine, but when you export to vdx, the stencils disappear. The same operation in Visio (saving to vdx) works.
