missing menu on a webpage

on a german site: [url]http://www.zx-zzr-ig.de/[/url] there left site "Themen-Forum" then under "Benutzer". when i click on the "Benutzer" no menu opens. with safari i get a menu.

So, click on "Themen-Forum" in the left nav, then "Benutzer" in the top nav? I don't get a pulldown in OW, WebKit or Safari. I don't even get a pulldown in Firefox.
