A new manual

Hi people,

Any chance of a new downloadable manual for 1.7 - the current one on this site is for V1.1?

Thanks.

Sorry about that! Documentation update is on our radar screen; just didn't want to hold the iPhone/iOS 4 release until after we completed the docs for OmniFocus for iPad.

So... many... projects... at... same... time! :-)

I second that. Nice to not wait for the documentation to put out iPhone OF 1.7 but having a manual only for 1.1 is rediculous. Please update this as well. cheers :)

To clarify, that's version 1.1 of the manual; it's not completely up to date, but the manual is current as of (at the earliest) v1.5 of the iPhone app.

User Manual out of date

Please update the User Manual for OF iPhone. It referes to verion 1.1.

And on the next manual please use a date when it was last editet so it become easier to see when it was written. Proper versioning/dating of documents is always a good thing.

Actually, that is the version number for the manual, not the software it describes. It is current with version 1.5 of the iPhone software, so it is a bit out of date, but a new version is supposed to be in the works. With all the iPad projects shipping this year, the documentation people appear more backlogged than usual!

Sure, this is not crutial but as I said, maybe a date on the manual would help and also stating that the number indicates the Manual version and not the software-version.

Hmm, if only you had some software to help you organise all those eh?

;)

Sometimes it isn't the organizing that's the problem, it's the doing. Nine women, no matter how splendidly organized, can't make a baby in one month :D
