Newline: Control + Enter
 

One feature I miss from earlier versions (and from OmniOutliner), is the ability to set the cursor in the middle of some text within a task and press control and enter. This would split up the task at the cursor position into two separate tasks.

I used this feature often when pasting in a reading list, and then control-enter-ing the list into multiple individual tasks.

Is there a workaround to regain this functionality? If not, is there any possibility this feature can be re-added?

Have you sent an official feature request for this via the Help->Send Feedback... menu item? If not, please do.

This is something I was used to in OmniOutliner as well, and I kind of miss it in OmniFocus.

I never notied the "Send Feedback" option. I just submtited my request.
