Plugin activation as a site preference

Because plug-ins [e.g. Quicktime] are a potential attack vector, it would be nice if they could be activated on a per-site basis.

I absolutely agree, mainly as a solution to Flash content.

This would also be useful for testing site degradation for users without appropriate plug-ins.
