By default, the Perspectives feature is turned off, so you probably just need to go turn it on again -- the settings file got wiped when you reinstalled.

Thank you whpalmer4, I have fixed it exactly as you said.
By the way, this also happened before, in my iPhone I only see 6 of the 8 perspectives I have in my Mac. Is there any special reason for this?

Most likely the missing perspectives are project mode views, which are not yet supported by the iPhone app. I know that Ken has been pondering the matter of how the UI should work.
