Anyone able to connect via caldav to lion server?

Has anyone successfully setup a caldav account connection in Omniplan 2 to a Mac running Lion Server 10.7.2?

I keep getting "unauthorized" as an error message and have tried what seems like every permutation of settings.

Any help is appreciated.
