Kanex meDrive WebDAV server hardware?

Kanex meDrive is a small WebDAV server on which you can connect a HDD or USB stick. Does anyone know if OmniPresence works with the Kanex meDrive WebDAV server?

I would like to buy this device so I have an always on little WebDAV server to keep my iPad documents synced without having to run Mac OS X Server.
