Variable dimensioning: two-digit display needed
 

I see an unresolved past thread that suggest a real need for some way to truncate the display of dimensions to two digits.

Typing in 35cm, for example, does not achieve the goal of a size expressed as 35 cm. Instead, 35.00011 or something similar is displayed. A 6+ digit display may suit some needs, but it is unacceptable for others.

Please help!
