I must be using it wrong.
 

I'm having all sorts of weird problems with OmniFocus.
First I'll describe my set up:

I have a folder for each of my college classes. I have one blanket context for Homework.

Lets say, for English, I must do the following:[LIST][*]Read Tennessee Williams play[*]Select a question[*]Select an answer.[*]Write a paper discussing these.[/LIST]
I'll make a project called "Tennessee Williams Paper," with the context, "Homework," put it in my English folder and set the due date to two days from now.

Once everything is checked off, the project doesn't become completed. No problem, I'll hit edit, and change "Active" to "Completed." Now it says that I have "-1 Due Soon."

It will also subtract from the total number of badge notifications on home screen or none will show up at all.

Can anyone help with these problems?

I just reproduced this bug, and filed it as <bug://bugs/49362> (Due soon counts are incorrect for completed projects). We'll fix it.
