Notes: Floating window disappears
 

I have noticed that notes including hyperlinks are unusable without the inspector. When hovering over a topic/ form with notes attached, a floating window appears displaying the note. However, when trying to move the mouse to a hyperlink the floating window disappears. Am I missing something here? Thanks, Thomas

Sorry for the confusion here - if you switch to the Action Browse tool, which looks like a hand, you'll get the behavior you're looking for when you click on an item that has an action attached.
