Export to PageMaker (Windows)
 

For a book project, we need to insert some 250 b/w graffles in the layout and the publisher, who works with PageMaker for Windows, experiences some difficulties finding the right knobs and handles.

What would be best practice in such a case for (1) exporting from OG (which export format?); and (2) importing into PageMaker for Windows?
