Change the main column
 

When I create a new outline in a new OO file, there are two columns: Note and Untitled Column. The Untitled Column has handles that allow me to manually grab a line and move it, say, into a subordinate position indented under another line.

Now I create a new column. Is there any way I can make this NEW column the one with handles? So I can re-organize my outline based on the content of this new column?
