Any suggestions on dealing with daily checklists

Every day, there are two types of mundane tasks I do. Those I have to (take medication, feed my cats, etc.) and those I want to do as a habit (meditate, archive email messages). I want to create a list of these things that recur everyday with a new version of the entire list recurring on a daily basis. I also want to be able to see what I managed to get done and what I didn't on any specific day, when I do a weekly review of what I have accomplished. I'm struggling to figure out a good way to set this up.

Anyone have any suggestions. I've read through forum postings and found different ways to do something similar, but just not quite what I'm looking for. Any input would awesome. Thank you in advance.

If it's a group of daily items, I'd just make a repeating project that had these tasks. You can then complete the projects every day, and then go back and review the projects in your archive to see which of the items in the project you did/didn't complete each time.

I will try that. Thanks for the advice.

"Routine" context

Hi gbcosgrove,

I have kept the tasks in their respective projects and assigned them a "routine" context.

Routines
- Mondays
- Before work
- Lunch
- After work

Regards,

J.

How is your "routine" context set up?
