sp11 - scrolling in Eclipse help frames
 

It's been a long day, but I think this is a bug rather than my imagination. I'm looking at the Eclipse help which is displayed with frames or what is supposed to look like frames:

I clicked on Search at upper left and then searched for 'mac'. It doesn't really matter what you search for as long as the found article you choose causes a vertical scroll bar. I clicked on the item that starts with the term "deploying".

Try to use the scroll controls in the frame at the right. For me, they don't work unless I click them several times.

I checked this in WebKit 13302, and it works correctly although the right side of the scroll bar is chopped off. The page appearance is rather different as well.

I checked it in OW 5.1.3, and the scroll bar works, but the scrolling divider between the two frames is missing. So it isn't right either.

Anyone else see this?
