Open Tab with URL in clipboard

First off I'd like to say that I've been loving using OW for the past year, thanks guys!

I sometimes have a URL in my clipboard that I would like to open in a new tab. It would be nice to create a new tab and have any URL that is in the clipboard open automatically. I like the idea someone else suggested where you double-click an empty space on the tab drawer. Maybe make this feature activate if you hold the cmd-key while double clicking.

Clicking in the drawer and command-v (paste) will open a new tab for any URL in the clipboard.
