Miscellaneous project corrupted?

I have a Misc project under my Personal and Work folders. For some reason, when a new project I created on OF for iPhone synced (Omni sync server) to OF on the Mac, it got put in above the Misc project, the Misc project lost its blue icon, now having the standard project icon, and in the Prefs, that Misc project for single actions shows as a bunch of gibberish. What happened and how can I fix this?
