doubled entries - after a while

Some of my entries are double.

How can this happen?

And how to avoid it?

Welcome with any advice.

The items that are doubling - are they repeating actions?

If you complete the same repeating action on 2 devices before syncing, it can do that.

No not at all - just normal actions, as can be (maybe) seen from the screendump.

I checked again and they are NOT repeated actions, some of them have exactly the same dates.

Or should we just ignore it and wait for the OF upgrade?

Until we know what's causing the duplicate entries, I can't say whether OmniFocus 2 will fix this bug.
