Review Perspective Settings

I just accidentally saved over my review perspective with another perspective and can't find the default settings for the review. Any ideas on where I can find this?

Open the Perspectives window (Perspectives->Show Perspectives). Select the Review perspective. The gear menu at the bottom left has an option to reset the perspective to its default settings.
