Viewing by due date
 

So I'm a new user evaluating for a week or so, and I'm struggling with view options. All I want to do is look at my to do items in order of those due today at the top of the page, those due tomorrow below them and so on..

Yet when I select the due view options, nothing happens - nothing at all!

Any ideas anyone?

This seems like a simple thing..yet doesn't seem to be happening! Either it's a product glitch or humour error!

Are you in Context mode? If not, switch to that mode. In Planning mode, the grouping and sorting by date works on projects, not on actions. This is sensible because when you're planning, you want to know which project is coming due soonest (or which one has a due action soon, even if it's not the first action).

In Context mode, grouping and sorting by date works on individual actions.
