Loading my file now lost all of the images
 

After I restarted and opened Omnigraffle Pro v5.4.2 on the Mac. And then a dialog pops up saying "Image not found Image123.png".

Omnigraffle has messed up and deleted these.

Does anyone know how to fix this? These are critical files that I have spent a lot of time on.

Sorry you're having trouble here! Is it possible for you to send us the file where this is happening? Please compress the file in the Finder before sending, to ensure it gets through properly.

Send it to [EMAIL="omnigraffle@omnigroup.com"]omnigraffle@omnigroup.com[/EMAIL], and if you can also send along your Console log, it'd be most helpful.

Missing PNG images
 

The same thing has happened to me, but has happened to all of my Graffle files that are held on Dropbox.

This includes a lot of important client work.

Can anyone advise what to do? Is there a fix that doesnt include sending muiltiple client sensitive files to Omni Graffle for repairing.
