Drawings not opening
I get this alert:

I would start by quitting OmniGraffle, and manually setting aside or deleting your OmniGraffle preferences (located at ~/Library/Preferences/com.omnigroup.OmniGraffle.plist where ~ is your Home Folder) and see if that makes any difference.
