Printing of multiple sheets truncated
 

I've that when I print a chart that extends beyond one page, the output is truncated by roughly 1/2 inch. Consequently, elements that happen to be on a page break either disappear entirely or are seriously harmed. Until this is fixed, I find that I have to manually move items away from page breaks before printing. There are times when that can't be done.
Anyone else experience this?

Good description from 2010.

Now it's 2013 and I'm seeing the same amount of loss between printed pages.

I'm hung up on this.
