Can't drag links into the browser window

As the subject says, with sp16 if I try to drag and drop a link from another application like Mail or NetNewsWire it doesn't work - I have to drag it to the address bar to get it to work.

[b]update[/b]: Harrumph. Now it's working. Well, ignore this for now, I guess.
