Upgrading wireframe fidelity

Has anyone figured out if there are any tricks to convert initial low-fidelity wireframes into hi-fidelity? Assuming layout is fully baked and it's a matter of now applying visual style to the elements. Selecting one element at a time and modifying its properties is a tedious job. Any ideas to make this task more efficient?

Thanks,

Not sure I'm answering the question you are asking, but here goes. Note that this requires planning in advance, so it won't help you on fully baked wires that don't use this method.

In the future, for each unique element (say, a wire of some kind of list item), use a PDF copy of OG objects and copy/paste it wherever it is needed, rather than copying/pasting OG groups.

PDF copies are fully editable as native OG objects (via a link-back instance) by double-clicking.

But the crux of this solution is this: when you edit an element - e.g., to make it hi-fidelity - every copy you made of that PDF object updates.

Here's a blog post about it:

Wow - hmmm...
This seems a bit roundabout, but could work. Will have to try it on a future project...
Thanks!
