Filtering out all available actions and projects
 

For my weekly review routine, I would like to have a perspective displaying all unavailable projects and actions (preferably but not necessarily those that are unavailable because they have been placed on hold, not because they have not started yet).

Is it possible to do this in the current OF implementation?

Isn't that just a project mode view with the sidebar filter set to On Hold?
