"Intermittent" bucket list
 

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble organizing a following scenario and hope you can help me!

For a project that I'm working on, I have two recurring tasks:

- read text book
- do a set of problems

How do I set it up so it becomes available (start date) every other day, or every N days? I can't work on this every single day and I'd like to eliminate it from view for reasons of sanity.

To take this even further, if I have X projects, how do I structure my setup so that I'm working on each project in turn every couple of days?

I think you want a repeat set to "Start Again After..."

For multiple projects, it would probably go something like this:
To rotate through several projects, you'd have 2 variables:
P = the number of projects you want to rotate through and
D = how frequently you want to work on something (1 means each day you'll work on one of these, 7 means one project per week, etc.)

Set the "Start again after" interval to P*D.
Set the Start date of the first project to D days from now, the second to 2*D, etc.
