B3: scroll bar at triyo.com disappears sometimes?

Hi,

I can use my mouse wheel to scroll through this page:
[url]http://www.triyo.com/index.php[/url]
but the scroll bar was not there the first time I visited the page. It returned just now rather mysteriously.
