Source icons

Help says, "If the source file and line number are available, a source icon is displayed in the row" of the stack frame table. I am running OOM on a debug version of my application. I don't see any such icons. What is the prerequisite for these icons to appear?

OOM 2.6 (v26)
XCode 3.1.2
