Feature Reqs: Presentation options
 

A couple requests for the presentation mode, as I use it all the time while demoing wireframes and comps.

-Option to set screen overflow as black instead of the current white (or maybe just the canvas background color?)
-Option to disable the popup navigation bar
-Live update the presentation from the document. (stinks to constantly be hiding and showing layers just so the client can see your changes)
