Tickler context and On-hold Projects
 

(Firstly, my apologies if this has been asked before; I was not able to find it in a search.)

I check my tickler during my daily review (implemented with a @tickler context and a perspective focused on @tickler in context mode : Remaining, Start, Start, Available, Unestimated, Any).

Recently, I realised that I was not being tickled about things I knew I should be. Investigation revealed these were actions in projects that have been placed on-hold.

Can anyone suggest a workaround/perspective I can set up so that I can be tickled about actions in projects that are on-hold?
