Where is the applescript folder in Library for OO4?

Wanted to add some scripts form OO3 to see if they worked but can't find the folder or any documentation on how to add scripts for OO4.

The new dictory should be ~/Library/Application Scripts/com.omnigroup.OmniOutliner4
