Transfer License to AppStore

Hi,
is it possible to transfer the OmniGraffle license to the AppStore? I saw that other applications that I previously bought were recognized as installed.

It is not. The other apps may look like they have had their licenses transferred, but they haven't.

In the App store - is it possible to upgrade to OmniGraffle Pro from standard if you originally bought standard in the App Store?

Not currently, no. Here's to hoping Apple implements something like that in the future, though!
