ADHD + Helpdesk Employee + Workflow?

Any Suggestion, for a IT Help Desk Employee, with ADHD, and using omnifocus to manage my workflow?

Any one here use Omnifocus as part of thier work in IT or in Helpdesk?

How many people with ADHD, use omnifocus, and find it helpfull? And how?
