I'm sorry, I'm new. And maybe my question and confusion is only a consequence of my ignorance. I hope. The problem is this: August 22, I create the action, indicating the beginning of August 23 at 12 noon. Next, I assume that Omni should remind me of the action at 12 am, August 23 (all the checkboxes checked, also noted that it is necessary to remind the time reminders, sorry for taftologiyu). But, no reminders, no sound, or in any more. So it should be? Or am I doing something wrong?

You mention 12 noon, then 12 am. Those are different times. Omnifocus does not provide alerts. When a task begins, it appears in an appropriate view.
