No way to add email to Omni Focus

I have tried uninstalling clip o tron and reinstalling, but I cannot get an email to OmniFocus, either by forwarding (email-omnifocus@provider), changing it to --, and I cannot even drag and email to the OF icon. NOTHING seems to work since Lion. Any suggestions?

Call up the support ninjas. 800-315-OMNI or +1-206-523-4152. They can walk you through the troubleshooting more efficiently on the phone than back and forth on the forum.
