Are you going to support an "all day" option for the standard work week for the whole project ?

When you say "all day", do you mean 24 hours? The green bubbles in the work week are user configurable s all you have to do is drag them out so that they fill the entire day. Also, make sure you go to the "Project : Formatting" inspector and set the duration conversion factor to 24 hours = 1 day.
