Keep item proportions fixed
 

I am looking for a way to keep the item proportions set.

So if the object starts at 200x80 and you rescale it. I want it to stay within that aspect ratio. Is there a way of doing this?

Trying to build out some stencils and if you can't do this things become odd quite quickly.

Hold down the Shift key when resizing, that will constrain the proportions.
